FAQ.

General Questions.

It’s care that comes to YOU! All you need is a space big enough for a standard treatment table and we will take care of the rest.

Please note that some restrictions and/or fees may apply, depending on the distance needed to travel.

No need for a referral here. As a direct access state, North Carolina allows you to see a physical therapist without a physician’s referral. For telehealth services, the need for a referral may vary depending on your state. Contact us today to discuss your options for care.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. We are not contracted with any insurance companies, including federal payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. Physical therapy services provided are fee-for-service to allow you to get better faster, without insurance restrictions.

All physical therapy services rendered will be considered out of network with your insurance company. A “superbill” can be provided, on request, that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that superbills do not guarantee that you will be reimbursed for the services you paid for upfront.

We accept cash and Zelle. We also accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards, though card processing fees may apply.

The first visit is all about information gathering. A review of your pertinent medical history, going through appropriate assessments, tests, and measures; and identifying the source of the problem will all occur. A program will be developed around your specific goals.

For your comfort, we recommend wearing comfortable loose-fitting clothes that allow for the area(s) of concern to be accessed easily.

Of course! Your safety is a top priority. Your provider will be equipped with a mask, face shield (on request), gloves, and shoe covers for each session.

If you prefer to come to the provider, our treatment space is located in Matthews, NC.
